1. Turn off the water
Close the cold water supply valve under your sink.
2. Disconnect the existing hose
Unscrew the pipe that connects your tap to the water supply. Place a basin for the residual water.
3. Reconnect using the supplied hoses.
Screw the first hose onto the cold water supply, the second onto your tap. 3/8 and 1/2 adapters included.
4. Clip on the filter head
Insert the hoses into the connectors until they click. IN for the water supply, OUT to the tap. Replace the blue safety rings.
5. Getting Started
Reopen the valve. Let it run for 3 minutes to activate the cartridge. Your water is ready 💧

How does Fluide work?
Fluide uses a professional double filtration system: a specially reinforced activated carbon block to remove chlorine, pesticides, pharmaceutical residues, and PFAS, followed by a hollow fiber membrane that blocks bacteria, microplastics, and particles down to 0.1 micron. Beneficial minerals are preserved. The water flows at normal tap pressure, without electricity, without a tank, and without waste.
Is this fluid compatible with my sink?
Yes, Fluide connects to the cold water supply, before your faucet. It works regardless of the type of faucet you have. One important point to note: the filter body is 37 cm tall. If you have shelves or a lot of storage under your sink, you may need to reorganize the space. You can mount the system to the wall or cabinet to maximize space.
What are Fluide's approvals?
The Ultra Invisible Filter meets NSF 42, NSF 53 Total PFAS, and NSF 401 standards, as tested by an independent laboratory. The combination of NSF 53 Total PFAS and NSF 401 is rare on the market. When should the cartridges be replaced?
Every 12 months. We'll send you an email reminder before the due date. Replacement takes 5 minutes and requires no tools. The entire system remains the same; only the filter needs to be changed. When you receive your new filter, we'll provide a return system: you send the old one back to us, along with all the pollutants it has captured, and we'll take care of the recycling.
